Wuxi Zhanghua Pharmaceutical Equipment Co.,ltd was founded in 1976, with 11 workshops covering a total area of 14000 square meters, a research and development building covering an area of 7400 square meters, and an office building covering an area of 4000 square meters.Since the establishment for nearly 50 years, we have been committed to the technological development of reaction, crystallization, filtration and drying equipment. With the development of the leading technologies for nearly 50 years, our engineering equipment is not only for the pharmaceutical industry, but also for fine chemicals, pesticides, new energy, new materials and other industries. We customize the integrated solution of reaction, crystallization, filtration and drying process equipment for clients. Large CNC vertical lathe and boring machine equipped allows us to customize agitated nutsche filter dryers with diameter of more than four meters, coupled with imported welding robot, which improves the welding accuracy, appearance and quality as well as safety of the whole equipment. Our technical team is composed of engineers in various fields, including quality assurance, process, equipment, welding, and electrics, and most of them have working experience and engineering project experience of more than ten years. For inflammable, explosive, toxic and corrosive products in pharmaceutical, fine chemical, pesticide, and new energy industries, we will provide customized technical solutions to clients with well-sealed, high vacuum and fully automatic equipment, heat and mass transfer, filtrating, agitating, drying, spraying and etc. , are fully considered in the designs. Appropriate structures are also made to meet the pharmaceutical production requirements of pressure, temperature, medium, corrosion, sealing, interlocking and malfunction system. ensuring safe, energy saving and environment protecting production process, compliance with EHS requirements. Besides, we will help clients to optimize technical designs for high-quality products. Our equipment com-plies with CGMP FDA requirements and has obtained ASME, NB, CE, PED, ATEX, MOM certificates. The team independently developed a mechanical properties and residual stress detector based on indentation method/indentation energy difference method, and designed and matched a variety of supporting fixtures to make the product suitable for different working conditions on site. Related technologies won the gold medal in Geneva International Invention Exhibition. At present, the team is located in the field testing industry of mechanical properties and residual stress of energy equipment such as pressure vessels and pressure pipelines, mainly taking domestic and foreign third-party testing institutions and first-line production units as customers, and taking special pressure-bearing equipment, long-distance pipelines and re-manufactured major energy equipment as service targets, which can provide first-hand test data for finite element simulation, failure analysis, life assessment and safety assessment, and realize the test support with both safety and economy. At the same time, we are committed to the series research and development, sales promotion and related testing technical services of mechanical properties and residual stress detectors.
