Wuxi Zhanghua Pharmaceutical Equipment Co.,ltd was founded in 1976, with 11 workshops covering a total area of 14000 square meters, a research and development building covering an area of 7400 square meters, and an office building covering an area of 4000 square meters.Since the establishment for nearly 50 years, we have been committed to the technological development of reaction, crystallization, filtration and drying equipment. The team independently developed a mechanical properties and residual stress detector based on indentation method/indentation energy difference method, and designed and matched a variety of supporting fixtures to make the product suitable for different working conditions on site. Related technologies won the gold medal in Geneva International Invention Exhibition.

At present, the team is located in the field testing industry of mechanical properties and residual stress of energy equipment such as pressure vessels and pressure pipelines, mainly taking domestic and foreign third-party testing institutions and first-line production units as customers, and taking special pressure-bearing equipment, long-distance pipelines and re-manufactured major energy equipment as service targets, which can provide first-hand test data for finite element simulation, failure analysis, life assessment and safety assessment, and realize the test support with both safety and economy.
